(1) Same Day and/or Walk-In Appointments are available on First Come Basis and depends on availability. All Appointments are VIRTUAL.

(2) Same Day and Walk-In Appointments are Only for NEW/First time Clients.

(3) Same Day Appointments are Only for Cash Pay Clients.

(4) All Appointments needs to be finalized/scheduled between 8 am and 10 am (Appointment time will be a 60 minute slot between 10 am and 4 pm on the given day)

(5) Please Note that a registration is required before confirming an appointment.

Please provide a valid ID (Driver's License or Passport)

Once provided and reviewed, client will receive a link to create a Portal.

By Accessing portal, Please fill out the necessary forms (Consents, etc) on the portal and provide a Credit/Debit card to be on file which will be used as a payment option.
